As you may be aware that the National Cooperative Sugar Federation (NFCSF) is an organization of 260 Cooperative Sugar Mills and 9 State Cooperative Sugar Federations spread across the country.
NFCSF annually organizes one of India’s largest and most prestigious events in the sugar industry — the National Efficiency Awards for Cooperative Sugar Mills— to recognize and celebrate excellence across various domains of sugar sector operations. A sugar industry conclave is also arranged with the award ceremony.
The 2024 edition, held on 10th August 2024, was a resounding success. The event was graced by Shri Amit Shah, Hon’ble Union Minister of Home & Cooperation, Government of India, as Chief Guest, along with Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar, Hon’ble MoS (Cooperation), and Shri Laxmi Narayan Chaudhary, Hon’ble Minister for Sugar Industry & Cane Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh, as Guests of Honour. Over 1,200 delegates from across the country participated in the conclave and award ceremony.
An industry exhibition was also organized alongside the event, which attracted significant footfall and engagement. More than 40 leading equipment manufacturers and service providers including leading manufacturers of harvesters, complete sugar mill, mill house, boiling house, power house, boiler, turbine, distillery & CBG plants etc. participated and supported the event as sponsors.
Building on this momentum, we are pleased to announce that the National Sugar Conclave, Efficiency Award Ceremony & Exhibition 2025 is proposed to be held on an even larger scale, tentatively scheduled for May/June 2025. The highlight of 2025 Grand Quest is that it will be spread over two days which will include day-long technical knowledge on the latest technological innovations.
